Tonight at our local Timberline Ace, the employees were over the moon helpful! I was going to buy an eyeglasses screw driver then go to my car and remove the back from my watch to see what batteries it needed. Telling this to the front clerk gal, she says bring your watch in and we can help you! They did! A manager even came over to help! Wow! What great service!!!! Thank you!!!!
