Every single person at Ace is helpful to me looking extensively for strange tools. Thinking of innovative solutions when they don’t have exactly what I need and also listening and thinking of where they’ve seen it and how I can find it. I needed to pull a rubber coil boot out of a deep spark plug hole. I described my problem one fellow said it sounds like you need a dental pick. And another fellow said I saw something like that in the bin downstairs. I went and dug thru the bin and found the picks!!! And sure enough I was able to the the rubber piece unstuck and fix my truck. Wow! Thanks folks ace! Good at listening thinking of solutions and finding the right tools! Excellent!
